Get Involved with the DELRdi

Dance Education Literature and Research descriptive index (DELRdi)

Volunteers are needed to continue building the DELRdi.

Submit your application by August 31st, 2024.

We invite you to share your dance education expertise by participating in the newly revised DELRdi research archive. DELRdi contains approximately 10,000 documents pertaining to dance education and is possibly the largest dance education document repository in the world.

1. Volunteer NDEO members are needed: Become a Field Literature Archivist to help identify both national and international documents written in English, prepare citations for those documents and upload them onto the database. This includes but is not limited to: published and unpublished theses, dissertations, white papers, monographs, articles, blogs, conference proceedings, chapters, syllabi, lesson plans, bibliographies, government and private foundation documents or work of significant historical interest. Links to online videos can be accommodated. Books are not included as these lists are widely available. If you are interested in being a volunteer Field Literature Archivist, please respond via the online application form below.

2. NDEO members and non-members: Submit your Thesis or Dissertation to the DELRdi. NDEO members and non-members are welcome to submit to the database their authored work, the work of others, or resource documents they find helpful in teaching and learning in and through dance. All submissions must be full text rather than abstracts, but full text can be included in the database only when copyright permits. DELRdi inclusion of full text is greatly appreciated when permitted. Please submit documents to Dr. Rima Faber, Executive Editor, via the online application form below.

We look forward to hearing from you and learning which aspect of involvement interests you. Please contact Executive Editor, Dr. Rima Faber, at delrdi@ndeo.org if you have any questions
