Vendor Booth Options

Pricing:

Single Vendor Table - $725

Two Vendor Tables - $1200

Whats Included:

  • Skirted 6' X 30" table
  • Space for up to two representatives per table from your company
  • Two full days of exhibition to dance education professionals (10/4/25-10/5/25)
  • Your company's website URL included in NDEO email blast to our membership before and after conference
  • Virtual profile on the NDEO conference app

Add Ons (not included in basic table package):

  • Power to your table (limited quantity available) - TBD
  • Conference Attendee Game (participating vendors must submit a small gift item to include in a raffle for attendees) - $200
  • Conference Attendee Opt in List - $150
  • Promote your Product or Service in the month leading up to the conference and the month following - $100  (limit 10)

*Disclaimers*:

  • Fees do not cover admission to conference sessions or food events. If you are not a paid conference attendee but would like to attend one of our food events, please email conference@ndeo.org for options.
  • There are no registration discounts available for exhibit tables or advertisements, etc. However, vendors will be eligible for a $100 discount on Full Price, Full Conference Registration Fees (Student and One Day Rates are ineligible). If you plan to utilize the registration discount, please indicate that on your application form and NDEO will follow up with registration instructions.
    • Vendors who are not registered attendees are not permitted in sessions. If you plan to attend sessions you must also register as an attendee.
  • Additional hotel fees for shipping, AV, power outlets, etc. will apply

Print and Digital Advertising

All digital materials, including artwork and links, are due to Kaitlynn Schultz by August 1, 2025 via email to conference@ndeo.org.  Read below for our print and digital marketing options for conference 2025.

Printed Schedule Ads -

  • 1/4 Page Ad
    • $350
    • Dimensions: W: 3 9/16" | H: 4 7/8"
    • Black and White Only
    • Provided directly to Conference Attendees at Registration

Digital Ads on the Conference App

  • Digital splash screen on the conference app - $1000
    • Splash screen dimensions: 1600 pixels wide by 2560 pixels tall.
      • Safety margin dimensions: 290 pixels wide on each side, 50 pixels from the top.
      • Keep important content and branding inside the safety margins so nothing gets cut off on different screen sizes.
    • Splash Screen only appears on screen for <5 seconds each time the app is opened.
  • Banner Ad on the conference app - $700
    • Supported file types: JPEG, JPG, PNG, or GIF only

    • Recommended size: 1464 x 420 pixels

PDF Program Book Ads

PDF Program Books will be emailed as a PDF to all registered conference attendees.

Scholar's Corner

Display your publication and connect with attendees at NDEO's Scholar's Corner!

Details:

  • $125 for 1 Publication
    • $200 for 2 Publictions (limit 2 per author)
  • All Authors will be able to personally sell and sign copies of their book at an adjacent table during a designated 1 hour time slot.
    • Authors will be responsible for managing their own inventory. NDEO will not store any items before or after your time slot.
  • NO FLYERS - NDEO will be create a linked page for people to purchase your books from
  • All Scholars will need to provide an image, a description of the book and a link for attendees to purchase the book onsite.
  • Authors must pick up books from the Scholar's Corner Table by 6pm on Sunday October 5th. Any uncollected books will be discarded. NDEO will not be receiving any printed materials in the mail.
  • Interested authors must be able to drop off their book in person.
  • Must be a member of NDEO
