The Chapter Sponsor should complete an Induction Rubric for each qualified student. The Induction Rubric is used by the Chapter Sponsor to evaluate the student's participation, character, and GPA.

The Chapter Sponsor should complete a Graduation with Honors Rubric for each qualified student. The Graduation with Honors Rubric is used by the Chapter Sponsor to evaluate the student's participation, character, GPA, and essay.

Chapter Sponsors should keep these forms for their own files, as well as documentation of all points. Rubrics do NOT need to be turned in to NDEO.
